WOYWW 426

It's Wednesday, so it's time for WOYWW 426 - please click on the link to find out what it's all about (is there anyone in the crafting world who doesn't know what it is?!?!) and join in the fun.

Thank you for all the visits and comments left last week. Some of you said that all my boxes are so well organised ... well they are in one sense ... but some of the boxes need their contents to be sorted better and then labelled. I've done a bit more sorting this week, but not much ... can't see much difference. Time is limited this week with more hospital appointments for John - yesterday up at Guy's hospital and didn't get back till nearly 6 and tomorrow we've got to be ready for transport at 7 in the morning ... which means we need to be up at 5 as everything takes John ages! I'm always late to bed, so I'm wondering whether it's going to be worth getting settled and then up again - lol!

Anyway, enough of all that. I'm here on this post to show what's on my workspace today - so these are the pictures to the left and right of where I sit. Not a lot to the left, except boxes that need to be put away and a card ready for this challenge - Pennys challenge 340 - which has just gone live:

On the right, a bit of a silly pile - some more boxes that need to be put away, other bits and pieces including a Bugaboo stamps image topper I've printed (it might get used soon), some spectrum noir pens that need to go back in their right places. My heat gun is lurking somewhere under something (lol) - all you can see is the wire:

Now I'm off to link this for WOYWW 426 and then have a look at what others have been up to later today.

Penny's challenge 340

This is my design card for Penny's challenge 340, where the theme is anything goes. Please click on the link to see the lovely designs by the rest of the team and we hope you will join in with your entries.

I used the lovely Oddball Stamps Alice the artist, kindly provided by them as one of the challenge sponsors, adding the Happy Birthday digitally before printing, colouring  with spectrum pens and die cutting using a Spellbinders nestie label die, using a larger one to cut the surrounding red label shape. I found up off cuts of spotted card, cutting and rounding the corners.

This is also for:

Penny's challenge 339

This is my design card for Penny's challenge 339, where the theme is anything goes. Please click on the link to see the lovely designs by the rest of the team and we hope you will join in with your entries. (This is being posted a week late because Julie was ill ... this means you can enter two different Penny's challenges this week).

I used caroling digital stamp by QKR Stampede, one of the sponsors of the challenge. I mounted the image on to an offcut of matt ice blue card. The background paper is from Hunkydory and the lovely glittered snowflake ribbon is from stash.
